Talent is the only
entry requirement.

If you'll build, we'll back you. Here's who it's for, how it works, and how to apply for the September 2026 Intake · Fourth Cohort.

Who it's for

Drive, not pedigree.

Ambitious young people aged 16–35 who want to build, not just earn, including those the old systems overlooked. No degree required. We select for drive, not paper qualifications. Women, rural and low-income applicants are strongly encouraged; access is the point.

Fees & funding

Built on access.

The all-in cost of training a founder is approximately USD 1,000 (GHC 10,000). A sponsored, per-student funding structure means many learners, especially from low-income and marginalised backgrounds, access the programme without that upfront barrier.

All-in cost per founder≈ USD 1,000 (GHC 10,000), training, tools, mentorship and exposure
Funding routesSponsored / scholarship places · corporate-funded seats · self-funded option (to confirm)
What it coversPathway training, real client projects, mentorship, tools and access, capstone, alumni network

Confirm before publishing: whether any learner-paid tuition exists alongside sponsorship, and the exact scholarship application process. The concept paper describes a sponsored per-student model rather than a published tuition fee.

FAQs

Questions, answered.

Do I need a degree or experience?

No. We select for ambition and willingness to build. Every pathway starts from the fundamentals.

How old do I need to be?

TAF is for ages 16–35.

Will I actually earn?

Many graduates begin earning within six months, typically GHC 5,000–10,000 monthly, and 20% launch businesses within the first year. Outcomes depend on effort, but the model is built around earning.

How is this funded?

Through sponsors, partners and donors via a per-student model, plus scholarships for those who need them. Tell us your situation and we'll find the right route.

Where does it take place?

In Ghana, with hybrid and digital delivery expanding access. Campus location and remote options to be confirmed.

What do I leave with?

A real portfolio, live project experience, an income pathway, a founder community, and, for many, a launched venture.
